30 DAY RETURNS
You can trial the Control Kit for 30 days. If you decide it's not for you, you can return the kit minus $20 (shipping + handling) with no questions asked. Original packaging must be included and any free products must be unused or will be deducted from your refund. Not applicable for International customers.
Orders may have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Only Domestic Overnight and Next-Day Rush delivery orders placed before 3PM PST Monday through Friday will be processed same-day.
UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Lashify ships locally from a UK warehouse. Shipping fees are based on location. Canada and Australian warehouses will launch soon. In the meantime please order from Lashify.com. We ship for free over $150US.
Shipping, Returns, Tracking
Only Domestic Overnight and Next-Day Rush delivery orders placed before 3PM PST Monday through Friday will be processed same-day.

- All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days
- Once orders are fulfilled they will ship based on the shipping method selected. Upon fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided and you are able to track the shipment via your account. Please allow 72 hours for tracking to update.
- Free shipping is available on all regular shop orders over $150USD
- Free domestic USPS standard shipping is available for Luxe-Box and VIP members on qualifying orders over $45 USD*
- Free international shipping is available for Luxe and VIP members on orders over $100USD* Subscription Box orders.
- UK shipping rates may vary. Including membership orders such as Luxe-Box and VIP.
- We ship internationally using FedEx.
- Domestic Luxe-Box and VIP orders under $45 USD are subject to a shipping fee;
- *International Luxe-Box and VIP orders under $100 USD are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee based on region;
- *Regular shipping fees apply to additional shop orders outside of Luxe-Box orders
- Products ordered in UK will ship from UK unless product is not stocked. If not stocked, product will ship from USA.
- International clients must pay taxes depending on region.
CONTROL KIT RETURN POLICY
Please note: Currently we do not accept returns on international orders.

- All sale and promotional items are final sale
- Membership orders are non-refundable
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Please allow 2-3 weeks processing time for refund.
Lashify® offers Route Shipping Protection on all online shop orders. For orders insured with Route, please contact Route directly to file a claim on your lost, stolen, or damaged package at https://claims.route.com/ *
**Order issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises."
Route requires a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered on orders over $100.

By opting out of Route Shipping Protection you are agreeing to withhold protection on your package. Lashify cannot be held liable.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- We now ship from multiple warehouses and are unable to edit orders once processed.
- In the rare event that you experience a quality issue, please contact the Concierge right away. Images or video clearly showing the problem must be provided within a week of delivery, along with a detailed description and a photograph of your full packing slip. This slip is required in order to rectify any issues. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case by case basis. Lashify conducts strict quality control processes where orders are checked and verified before being processed and packed. If an issue is determined, we will do our best to satisfactorily resolve the matter at hand.
- We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, including those with a "Signature Release" on file. Please file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.
- Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses or unclaimed. It is not possible to re-route a package once it has been shipped. If your package is returned due to incorrect address, we can arrange a redelivery. However, a re-delivery fee will be charged for this service according to the carrier.
- Shipping delays caused by courier issues, customs, import regulations, and weather conditions are possible and out of our control.
