Redeeming Lash Cash Credit is easy. At checkout, you'll see any Lash Cash Credit available in your account. You can choose the amount you'd like to redeem.

Yes! Depending on the terms of the sale or promotion, members may be able to stack their member discount for even greater savings. We strive to allow members to use their 15% off on sales whenever possible. Plus, you’ll earn Lash Cash to use on a future purchase!

The core benefits of the programs have already been determined. The ongoing store discount will be between 10% -15% and we will share in advance when that will go down. We will also offer special deals in the Backroom that we just can't offer to all Lashify Customers. Think of this as the ultimate private club where you get all the best benefits!

As a Membership X member, you earn 10% Lash cash credit on all retail non-discounted purchases on Lashify.com.

As an X-Pass Member, you earn 5% Lash cash credit on all retail non-discounted purchases on Lashify.com.

If you have a Subscription box you will not receive Lash Cash for those purchases.

Please note that when you use your Lash cash credit you will not earn Lash Cash on that portion of a purchase. So if your order is $100, you use $40 in Lash Cash and pay for the remainder, you will earn Lash Cash for the $60 purchase.

Membership X- You can cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel your yearly membership you will not be refunded for the unused time left of the membership.

X-Pass members, please note: X-Pass is a digital membership and is considered a final sale. Once you sign up, your membership is locked in for the month, and we cannot cancel it during this period. However, you do have the option to cancel your renewal for the upcoming month to prevent automatic renewal.

Please ensure you cancel before the new month starts, as cancellations cannot be processed during your active membership month. No exceptions.

All members please note that membership fees are non-refundable and upon cancellation, you will lose access to all benefits and any earned Lash Cash will be forfeited.

Yes, your membership will automatically be renewed, wether you are on a monthly or yearly plan.

However, in compliance with state laws, you will receive an email before renewal allowing you to cancel your membership.
