We want you to love your Lashify Control Kit®. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the kit within 30 days of purchase. Full details available here.
Please note:
- A $20 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the return.
- Kits purchased using a discount code or promotional offer are eligible for store credit only
- All items originally included in the kit must be returned and in good condition. *Gossamer Lash cartridges may be returned empty.
- Returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing a refund or credit.
- Control Kit returns are limited to the Domestic US and the UK.

Gossamer® Lash Returns & Bond Happiness Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your Gossamer Lash purchase, we offer the following options within 30 days of order fulfillment:
- Unopened, sealed Gossamer® Lashes in original packaging are eligible for return or exchange, subject to a flat-rate $4.99 handling fee.
- This fee is waived for orders protected by Lashify Order Protect+ or Monthly Box Protect+.
If you’re unhappy with any of our Bonds, we’ll exchange it for another Bond of your choice at no cost to you within 30 days of order fulfillment:
- This guarantee applies to Mrs. Bond™, Whisper Light™, and Bondage®.
- Bonds damaged during transit due to settling or temperature changes are eligible for free replacement, even without Protect+ Try new bonds risk-free - our word is our bond. Full details available here.
