Yes, you can pause your Monthly Box or choose a new processing date—up to 30 days in advance of your next automatic rebill date. Keep in mind that you may pause your subscription up to 3 times per year. When you pause, your eligibility for the free 3, 6, and 9 month loyalty perks is reset, meaning you’ll start over when your subscription resumes.

Loyalty perks for maintaining a steady subscription are subject to changes and updates over time, and could range from a free lash in your upcoming subscriptions to one-time free gifts like Lashify.com merch and apparel.

Yes! U.S. domestic orders with 4 or more lashes ship free.

For UK orders, free shipping is included on orders over £45 GBP.

For international orders, free shipping is included on orders over $150.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Existing members can easily enroll in the new and improved Membership X.

Once you sign up for your new membership plan, your existing membership will terminate automatically. All benefits of your previous membership plan will be forfeited, and you will be immediately billed for your new plan.

All accrued Lash Cash will automatically transfer to your new membership.
