Upgrading from Monthly to Annual

Are you on Membership X Monthly, but want to realize the savings of an annual renewal? No problem! A couple days before your renewal date, simply add the annual plan to your cart and check out. Your date of purchase will become your new renewal date, automatically cancelling your previous monthly plan, and any associated billing dates/charges. Your Lash Cash will remain, as well as all of your perks and benefits, with no interruption.

Cancelling your Membership

To cancel your membership, head to your Membership Dashboard here: https://www.lashify.com/community/membership

From your Membership Dashboard, select ‘Cancel Subscription’ to cancel your Membership X plan. This will not cancel or change any active Subscription Box products.

NOTE:
Canceling will forfeit any earned Lash Cash and associated benefits. We suggest canceling 24-48 hours or so before the scheduled renewal date, as canceling will end the benefits immediately. Memberships cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will trigger an automatic refund. If you didn’t catch the renewal within 24 hours, no problem. Reach out to our Concierge team and we will be glad to assist you with a review personally.

Changes available for the whole order/charge:

SKIP removes your next scheduled shipment. Your subscription stays active, and resumes with the following scheduled order. Skipping will reset your subscription order streak.

PAUSE is intended to help you navigate when you need an order delayed by 1, 2, or 3 weeks, but don’t want to change or interrupt your regular schedule.

For example: Sahara wants her lashes to process every month on the 15th, and she knows they arrive dependably on the 18th. Next month though, she has a vacation planned and she won’t be home when they arrive! She decides to PAUSE her subscription order by 1 week, ensuring she’ll be home when the box arrives this month, and next month it will arrive at the normal time as always. 

RESCHEDULE gives you the power to completely adjust the processing and charge date for the full order and every product it contains. Your next shipment will process on your chosen date, and all following orders will cycle forward based on the specific frequency assigned to each individual item. 

Changes available for the product you are subscribed to:

SWAP an item replaces one product with another while keeping your subscription active. By default, the new product follows the same schedule as the item it replaces, unless you choose a different available frequency from the drop-down selector during the swap.

99% of the time, the answer to a change you want to make in your box will end in a simple swap. 

CHANGE FREQUENCY allows you to set how often that product will arrive. We offer standardized 30 and 60 day plans to keep things simple. Most commonly, we see customers subscribing to lashes on 30 day plans, with bonds or accessory cosmetics arriving every second order, or 60 days. 

For example: Sahara has her lashes arriving every 30 days, and uses her inner corner lash sizes pretty infrequently- only one per eye for each application. Looking at her stash, she has 2-3 packs already, and knows she doesn’t need these arriving every month. She doesn’t want the hassle of swapping it to something else only to have to re-add it later, so she decides to change the frequency on the product to 60 days, so that it arrives only with every second order. Problem solved!

PAUSE is intended to help you navigate when you need a specific item delayed by 30 or 60 days, giving you the flexibility to choose a timeline that works for you- without interrupting your regular schedule.

For example: Sahara officially has way too many STAX accessory lashes in her collection! While she has enjoyed swapping colors with every box, she has built up quite a stash. She decides to PAUSE the product for 60 days, ensuring she has plenty of time to use what she has before more arrive. Problem solved!
